UPDATE AppleInsider is reporting that the phrase was simply sloppy copyandpaste job on the part of an Apple webmaster who apparently used the companys existing AirPort Extreme feedback form to creating one for the iPhone.

While an overlooked remnant of previous HTML code sounds entirely plausible, this does not appear to be the case.

Apple iPhone is so hot, so everybody is trying to find even drilling down to the HTML code of Apple iPhones reletaed web page. Of course, there is no concrete information about this. This raised speculations that Apple could be working on an upgraded version of iPhone that is called iPhone Extreme. This could be the web development team purposely make it as special identifier which only they know internally.

Of course, there is no concrete information about this. Whether its by coincidence or not, apparently there is mysterious product named the iPhone Extreme, has been spotted in the HTML code of iPhone related web pages to find any possibility of leaked info of the iPhone. This raised speculations that Apple could be working on an upgraded version of iPhone that is called iPhone Extreme.
