The ChaCha software allows you to ask any question and request information on any subject.  Then it will reply with the best answer available.

Users rate the answers ChaCha gives, meaning early adopters will be doing most of the grunt work.  ChaCha beta testers claim it’s accurate most of the time and will improve as time goes on.

I blame the beta testers for answers like these.  You just know they were correcting ChaCha’s answers with nothing but porn.  A regular geek giggle-fest!
